2013 May Meeting Agenda
Chief Judge/Judge Coordinator
RMCGA is seeking a qualified individual to become our chief judge/judge coordinator for the 2014 season. This person will have control over setting the judge panels for the season, coordinate training for judges along with instructors on the judge philosophy. Travel Arrangements for any person brought in will be coordinated through the RMCGA treasurer. This position is hired yearly by the Board of Directors with input from the 2013 and 2014 combined Task Force. Any interested person should forward their pageantry resume with professional qualifications to Kendra Whelchel (klwhelchel@aol.com) by close of business on April 22. A job offer will be made on May 1, 2013. The newly hired individual must be available to attend the membership meeting on May 5.

RAMPART CONTEST
Today’s contest at Rampart will continue, however there will be no day/night of critique. If you are unable to attend due to weather, please contact a Board member immediately. Thank you.

THE SHOW WILL BE A FINALS ONLY SHOW, EACH GUARD HAS 1 PERFORMANCE
THE TWO END SECTIONS OF THE FRONT BLEACHERS WILL BE $10.00 EACH
THE THREE CENTER SECTIONS OF THE FRONT BLEACHERS WILL BE $15.00 EACH
ALL UNIT BANDS AND ALL DIRECTORS BADGES WILL BE FOR BACKSIDE ONLY.
BACKSIDE TICKETS WILL BE SOLD THE DAY OF THE SHOW FOR $5.00
DOORS WILL BE OPEN FOR RETREAT
ANYONE WISHING TO LEAVE BEFORE 4:00 CAN TURN IN THEIR CENTER SECTION
WRISTBAND FOR A $5.00 REFUND
300 Tickets will be available at both the Rampart and Arapahoe shows. They will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Any remaining tickets will be sold the day of the show. Please let us know if you have any questions!
Program Ads
If you would like to place an ad in the 2013 Championship program the artwork needs to be submitted by Wednesday, March 27th. For planning purposes, please email Kendra with the size you would like as soon as possible. I apologize for this late notice.
