   It is understood by the management of the above organization that it will take full responsibilty 
for any damage and/or misconduct at contest sites by members and staff of the organization.
   By Submitting this form you grant Rocky Mountain Color Guard Association (RMCGA) and 
their videotaping agents permission to video tape any activities at an RMCGA event, including
 the championship contest which will be sold for profit by RMCGA.  By Submittin this form
 you also grant RMCGA permission to use any photography taken for promotional use without 
compensation to your unit or the subject of the photo.
